Return Policy

We at Hurley Tool Co. feel confident that once you purchase one of our tools you will be more than satisfied with its performance. If however, you feel that the tool does not live up to its promise, please feel free to return the tool and we will refund your money as per our refund policy. Our refund policy is as follows:

• You must notify us within 30 days of purchase either by E-mail or U.S. Mail of your wish to return the tool.
• The tool must be in the same condition it was in when shipped.
• When your request is received you will be assigned a return number.

• Upon receipt of the tool and the return number, the full price of the tool less “shipping & handling” will be refunded within 10 working days.
